to Order #1 - use the post office
You may order jewelry by printing out the order
form and mailing it in an
envelope with payment.
How
to Order #2 - Email us at sales(at)aobjewelry.com and
tell us what piece you are looking for. Sometimes it is a good idea
to have a second choice.
Email us your name and phone number and a time (CST) to call. When
we call we will ask you for your credit card information.
Your
e-mail address will not be shared with others (we hate junk e-mail,
too).
The
jewelry is handcrafted, one at a time. We work five days a week
and try to meet everyones needs.
Payment
for U.S.A. Orders
Orders may be paid for by:
1. Money orders or certified check
2. Checks drawn on U.S. banks (allow 10 days for check to clear)
3. Credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, or Discover.
4. COD orders may only be paid by money order or cash and require
an additional processing charge of $6.
Orders
from Outside the U.S.A.
Foreign orders may be paid by international money orders or bank
check. We are not responsible for import fees/taxes
U.S.A.
Shipping Costs
We charge only $8 for shipping any order in the USA by USPS Priority
Mail. We can ship any order for next day delivery by Federal Express
or UPS for $23. We always pay for the insurance. Shipping outside
the USA is $16 USD.

All in stock items will be shipped in less than 5 working days
of payment.
Custom
Work
Delivery times for custom orders depend on
the piece and the quantity. For example, an order for a group of
six identical bracelets for brides maid gifts may take longer than
an order for a single hair ornament. When you commission a custom
piece we will give you an estimate of the delivery time.
Returns
We have tried to accurately represent the jewelry pieces on this
web site. However, if after you receive a purchase and you decide
you do not want it, you may return it within 7 days from date it
was postmarked. We can only accept returned items that are
in their original unused condition. The money refunded to
the purchaser will be the price, minus charges for shipping, insurance,
and credit card fees (if any). We would appreciate an e-mail or
telephone call to us regarding the 'returned item.'
